Issue

  • A user with every permissions related with forms is unable to download the attached files
  • Cannot find the download option in the form attached files list.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 

Resolution

  • These form attached files are now part of the document library, so in order to access them, the user must have the following permissions:
    • Permissions -> Documents and Media -> Resource Permissions -> Documents -> View
    • Permissions -> Documents and Media -> Resource Permissions -> Documents Folder -> View
