Issue
- What triggers an outgoing email of the Body without password template?
Resolution
- The "Body without Password" template is used when a user creates their own account via the login portlet AND the property
login.create.account.allow.custom.password=true set in your portal-ext.properties (this allows the Guest to set their own password).
- Otherwise, if an Admin creates a user's password or you don't have
login.create.account.allow.custom.password=true, then the "Body with Password" is used.
