Issue

  • If the same user requests multiple resets of the password reset URL before the URL expires, is the old URL still valid?

Environment

  • DXP 7.0+

solution

  • If multiple reset requests are received from the same user within the URL expiration date, the previous request URLs will be invalidated.
    Only the URL in the most recent email is valid.
