Issue
- Currently, through the web console, we only obtain the logs of the last 30 days.
- How long are the services logs stored in Liferay Cloud Console?
Resolution
- Logs are kept in "hot" storage in Google Cloud Logging for 30 days.
- After that period, Liferay currently store the logs in "cold" storage in Google Cloud Storage for up to a year.

A support ticket is needed for retrieval of information from "cold" storage.
