If I switch languages in the language portlet, does it also switch the language in the account settings?

Issue

  • If I switch languages in the language portlet, does it also switch the language in the account settings?

Environment

  • DXP 7.0+

Resolution

  • If you switch the display language in the language portlet (widget), the "Language" in the account settings will also be switched.
  • Language settings changed in account settings will bepermanent changes
    Therefore, the settings are retained after logout.
