Issue

  • Is there a character limit on file names for content uploaded to Documents and Media?

Environment

  • DXP 7.0+

solution

  • The file name of the document is stored in "DLFileEntry.fileName".
    Since it is defined in VARCHAR[255], up to 255 characters can be set regardless of half or full size.
