Issue
- The preview of a large video is not generated even when the FFmpeg video and audio converters are enabled.
Resolution
- Normally enabling FFmpeg audio and video converters is enough to get the video preview.
- In case of large videos, when the preview is not generated, check the value you have set for the Previewable Processor Maximum Size in the file entries.
- This value set the maximum file size for preview and thumbnail generation. To modify it follow these steps:
- Go to Control Panel - System Settings - Documents and Media.
- Under SYSTEM SCOPE select File Entries.
- Modify the Previewable Processor Maximun Size to adjust it to the file size.
