問題

  • 拡張子.tiffのファイルは、Liferay DXPにアップロードする際にプレビュー画像やサムネイルが生成されない。

Environment

  • DXP 7.3.x
  • DXP 7.4.x

解決策

  • この修正に伴い、Hotfixをリクエストすることができます： LPS-181645. Hotfixを使用する以外に、添付の設定ファイルをダウンロードし、configsフォルダに配置する必要があります。
  • システム設定 > Adaptive Media > Images > Supported Mime Type で、サポートされる MIME タイプとしてファイルタイプを追加することも、Hotfixと一緒に行う別の方法です。
