Resolution

  • Liferay has a InfoSec team that is constantly monitoring all customer environments.
  • Our incident process will get notified by alerts and will perform the necessary troubleshooting and actions to mitigate attacks.
  • This team is up an running 24x7 and if necessary our team proactively contacts the customer to report incidents or any actions that need to be taken.
  • For security reasons, Liferay does not publish which tools are used.
