Issue

  • My form is not displaying the 'Success Page' after data submission

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.3

Resolution

  • This type of behavior is usually related to page caching.

  • To make sure that the form will display the success page after sending the information, it is necessary to check the Caching option in the template settings where the form is located in the path:

    • Web Content > Templates > [Template where the form is located] > Right Side Menu (Properties) > Caching > Save
