Issue
- Users can see multiple UI errors while uploading duplicate images via document and media
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to 'Content and Data'> 'Document and Media'>
Upload a document with a similar name or document
Expected behavior: Only one error should appear on UI as it is a duplicate
Observed behavior: There are three error messages on the UI
Environment
- Liferay DXP [all versions]
Resolution
- This behavior is expected here.

These messages are necessary to provide all the relevant information to the user as two actions are required on their side. Correct the fileName and re-attach the file. If these messages did not appear, the user would not have this information.
However, on the other hand, it might not be the most attractive way to display this information, but for now, it is the behavior available on the portal.
Whereas, if users are still interested, they might proceed to the opening of a Feature Request that the team would evaluate, and, in future versions, these notifications might be displayed differently.
