Issue
- User faces automatic page redirection while performing any actions in fragment is 'cacheable'.
- Issue goes away, if 'cacheable' option is unchecked.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Liferay DXP 7.4
Resolution
- Such issues occur when
@liferay_portlet["runtime"]
tag is used.
- It is not recommended to set cacheable for fragments including
@liferay_portlet["runtime"]
tags because each page load could need this tag to change its content and being cacheable is contradictory.
- It is suggested not to set fragment as 'cacheable' while using
@liferay_portlet["runtime"]
tag.
