Issue

  • The status is not visible, it always coming blank. 

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Navigate to the 'Content and Data'> Document and Media> upload 1-2 documents
    2. upload a new image and click on three dots to get the share option.
    3. Fill user email ID and give the required permissions (view, update).
    4. Login via user (whose email id has been filled in above)
    5. Check for notifications and 'Shared with me'

    Observed Behavior: The status is blank in this data on the 'Shared with me' UI

    Expected Behavior: The status should be visible

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • Because of LPS-95721, the required expected behavior has been changed. When a item is visible, the status will be blank, when the item is not visible the status will be “Not Visible”. The LPS removed the explicit label for visible because the default and expected status would be visible.
