Issue
- When trying to add a Web Content in a new created template under the Global Site, the new template is not displayed or available to select.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior.

The template was not associated with a structure so it will not appear in the list of available templates. To use this template with the Basic Web Content structure then you can do the following:
- Go to Content and Data - Web Content - Templates
- Edit the template
- In the right side bar click Properties
- Under Basic Information - Structure click the plus button
- Click on Basic Web Content
- Save
- Now when adding a new Basic Web Content article the template can be chosen as the Default Template.
