Issue

  • Is it possible to retrieve a file from a Help Center ticket that has been marked as closed?

Environment

  • DXP 7.0+

Resolution

  • After moving a ticket to a solved status, all the files shared on it are only available for a limited time, more specifically 28 days. If the ticket does not have its status changed to open or pending in this mean time, the ticket then gets closed and all the files are permanently deleted and thus inaccessible.
  • If you believe you'd need to have further assistance on the matter reported on that specific ticket, feel free to open another one and we can continue the investigation there.
