Issue
- User has encountered similar error post installation of a liferay hotfix:
ERROR [https-jsse-nio-0.0.0.0-8443-exec-29][DynamicIncludeUtil:81] java.io.IOException: Unable to include JSP /html/portal/dynamic_include/view.jsp

Resolution
- This issue is encountered when temporary files are not cleared up properly, post installation of a hotfix.
- Please stop the server, delete osgi/state, tomcat/work and tomcat/temp folders, and re-start the server. This should resolve the issue.
