Site Builder elements adds bottom padding when text box is updated

Issue

For Site Builder elements that contain text boxes for text, if those elements are edited, a bottom layer of spacing is automatically added to the element, without choice from the user and cannot be removed

This issue stems from the editor embedding the content in a paragraph element <p>, which contains a bottom margin.
A workaround that will remove this padding can be implemented by doing the following:
- In the right sidebar, go to the advanced tab, and in the custom css, add the following to remove the margin for that specific fragment:
- ```
.[$FRAGMENT_CLASS$] [data-lfr-editable-type="rich-text"] p {
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
```
  If you want the CSS to apply to all pages on the site, you can do the following:
  1. Go to Site Builder -> Pages
  2. Select Configuration
  3. On the CSS input type add the following:
```
[data-lfr-editable-type="rich-text"] p {
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
```
We have also been able to create a fix for this issue. To obtain the fix for this issue, please request a hotfix containing LPS-202551 and LPD-1778.
