Issue

  • The headless API only returns a maximum of 500 items per query, even when a higher page size is defined.
  • How to define de page size per instance.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4+

Resolution

  • It is possible to configure the number of queries to return using the pagesize parameter. To use the maximum allowed page size for that instance, you can set the parameter to 0 or a negative number. For example:
    • pagesize = -1
  • It is also possible to define the maximum number of allowed items for each instance. This can be configured from the Control Panel > Instance Settings > Web API > Headless API > Page Size Limit.
