Issue
- Unable to find the 'Segments' and 'Personalization' option.
Resolution
- In Liferay DXP 7.2, the creation of user segments and experience personalization are introduced as part of the product’s core functionality and could be found under Control Panel -> System Settings.
- Whereas, in Liferay DXP 7.1, this functionality was provided through the 'Audience Targeting' application. In addition to the administration features of Segmentation and Personalization, developers need to integrate and extend the same as it would need a development effort.
