Issue
- 'There was an error when loading the "text" field' is showing if user clicks on any portlet inside System Settings and Instance Settings.
Resolution
- This behavior is only observed in 'Brave Browser', though it's working fine in other browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
- Reason behind this is that Brave Browser doesn't allow users to put script by default; hence, to make this work, users need to disable 'shields are DOWN for localhost'.
