Issue

  • When a user creates a new site template and configures a custom theme, it is redirected to the 'classic theme' when a new site is created using that template.
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1.
    Start Liferay 2024.Q2.0
    2. Navigate to Site Administration -> Click on Site Templates and create a new site template.
    3. Now, in the new site template, navigate to Site Builder -> Pages, and select Configuration,  choose the "Dialect"(or any other) theme.
    4. Access the Control Panel -> sites, and create a new site using the created site template.
    5. In the newly created site, navigate to Site Builder -> Pages, then Configuration.

Expected behavior: The theme of the created site must be 'Dialect'.
Observed behavior: The theme of the created site is showing as 'Classic'.

Environment
