Issue

When accessing to edit existing web content or create a new one, the 'Schedule' section is not displayed on the right panel, therefore it's not possible to configure the display date, expiration date, or review date

Environment

Liferay DXP 7.2, DXP 7.3, DXP 7.4, 2024.Q1

Resolution

This behavior may be caused by the next property in the portal-ext file being enabled with a value of 'false':
```
scheduler.enabled=false
```

If you have added this property with the value set to false, it is disabling all scheduler classes. If you want this section to be displayed on web content, you should comment out this property and restart the portal.
