Issue
- When creating new pages, the same custom meta tag keys have to be manually added every time through the Custom Meta Tags option.
- Is there a way to automate this process and have these keys pre-filled within the page configuration?
Resolution
- Currently, there's no built-in feature in Liferay DXP to automatically add predefined custom meta tag keys when creating new pages.
- However, this requirement is considered a feature request and is being covered here: LPD-53.
Additional Information
- Requesting a New Feature or Feature Improvement
- Please be aware that the implementation of new ideas within Liferay products is entirely dependent on their evaluation or investigations since this will need modifying our existing product code, therefore there will be no ETA on this, but users can certainly vote for it.
