Issue
- While filling out the upgrade request form on Partner Portal, the groovy scripts 'ee_6_2-all.groovy' and 'PrintDatabaseInfo_DXP_Modified.groovy' are not working.
Resolution
- Try with the attached updated Groovy scripts.
- If the issue persists, please create a support ticket to get further assistance.
