Issue

I would like to get informed about scheduled maintenances. If such event apply, how to decide if my environment is effected?

Resolution

Information about scheduled maintenances on Liferay Cloud are posted to the following website:

http://status.liferay.cloud/

Such events are always communicated to the effected customers at least 2 weeks in advance.

Regarding the region to cluster mapping, we do not disclose the list of clusters explicitly for security reasons.
However, Liferay communicate the regions instead - meaning that the work is being done on all clusters of a region at the same time. We rely on the customers to look at the Settings page of their environments to know which region each of their environments are located.
