Issue
- Liferay DXP where multiple users have subscribed to a folder in Document & Media, all the users subscribed to the folder are receiving mail except the user who is uploading the document. However, in Liferay 6.2 all the users were receiving the mail irrespective of who is uploading the document.

Resolution
- This turns out to be an intended change that was introduced to DXP 7.0 in LPS-48484. The rationale behind the change was that it was decided that a user did not need to be notified of an action that they themselves took. Other users who are subscribed to the folder will receive the email notification, but the user who added the file or made the change would not receive the email.
