Issue

  • If you choose a Data Type on a Dynamic Data List that has a date field on it and insert some dates, the dates are gonna be surrounded by quotes and brackets instead of the usual way.

Environment

  • DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • The issue was resolved by LPS-185373 and a hotfix should be requested from Liferay Support.
  • Upgrading to the latest version of DXP 7.4 should also work as the fix was added to Update 79.
