Issue

  • How we can take the dump from the Liferay database of a particular table?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • The Liferay DXP Cloud product doesn't offer such a possibility to take the dump of a single database table. You can only backup (and restore) a full database dump, containing all tables used by the Liferay service (DXP server).
  • Furthermore, you may leverage the MySQL Client to see all the database tables.
