Resolution
- By default, Site Members are given the 'Add Folders' permission within the 'Documents and Media' Home folder.
- To prevent this action, we can adjust permissions to remove the 'Folder' option from the menu options.
The permission is adjusted using the following:
1. Sign is as Admin: Navigate to Control Panel > Content > Documents and Media
2. Click the three-dot icon (upper right) and select 'Home Folder Permissions' from the menu
3. Uncheck 'Add Folder' for the 'Site Member' role.
* Note we can also remove the Add Folder permission for a 'Regular Role' and/or 'Custom' role if required.
