Discount with specific account is not applied

Issue

• While assigning the discount to particular account, it is not getting applied
• Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a Minium test site.
  2. Create vocabulary named "ipdc" and create one category named "Gold Jewellery" in it.
  3. Now, create product named "Gold Earrings" and select "Gold Jewellery" in ipdc category section.
  4. Next, create SKU named "gold" and give Base Price as $ 1500.00 and publish it.
  5. Create Discount named "Women's Day" and type is percentage and applied to categories.
  6. Give 30.00% in Amount.
  7. And, select category "Gold Jewellery".
  8. Now, create one user named "Woman Customer".
  9. Also, create one guest account named "Woman". And, assign "Woman Customer" User in it.
  10. Again, go back to Discount Eligibity Section select "specific account" in Account Selection and select Woman in Accounts.
  11. Now, login with Woman Customer and see the discount is not applied to product.
  12. If you delete the woman in account selection, it will show the discount.
  
      Expected Result:Discount must be applied to specific account.
      Actual Result: Discount is not applied to specific account.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.3
• Commerce 3.0

Resolution

• Currently, there is a limitation for Guest and Personal accounts. But, it is working for Business Accounts with a buyer role.
• Assign the buyer role for particular user by Navigating to Roles -> Site Roles -> Select Buyer

Additional Information

• This behavior only works with Minium Template not with Speed-well Template. And, it is recommended to use Minium Template.
