Issue
- When calling the KB Article headless-delivery API with the flatten parameter, the results are not flattened as expected.
- For example, if you have KB Articles and folders in this structure:
root
│
└─►Folder A
│
├───►articleA
│
└───►Folder B
│
└──►articleB
and run the following command inside a terminal, substituting {folderId} for the ID of Folder A,
curl -u 'test@liferay.com:test'
http://localhost:8080/o/headless-delivery/v1.0/
knowledge-base-folders/{folderId}/knowledge-base-articles?flatten=true
instead of returning two KB articles (one from Folder A and one from Folder B) because of the flatten parameter, the API call returns only one KB article from Folder A.
Resolution
- This behavior is reported in and fixed by LPS-129055. To receive this fix, please open a Help Center Ticket requesting a hotfix with LPS-129055.
