問題

  • Liferay DXP 7.1へのアップグレードが成功したように見えるが、DXPバンドルの起動時に以下のエラーがログに表示される：
Failed upgrade process for module com.liferay.dynamic.data.mapping.service 
com.liferay.portal.kernel.upgrade.UpgradeException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.PortalException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.xml.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document : Content is not allowed in prolog. Nested exception: Content is not allowed in prolog.

環境

  • Liferay Portal 6.2からLiferay DXP 7.1へアップグレードする。

解決策

  • すでに変換された文書型をJSONに変換しようとするため、「prolog」例外が発生することがあります。

  • データベーステーブルDDMStructureをダブルチェックします。
    • StorageTypeがxmlのままであれば（個々の構造体はすでにjsonに変換可能）、StorageTypeの列をjsonに変更すれば、ポータルを正常に起動できる。
