問題

  • ログに次の例外が発生しています。： java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer

環境

  • Liferay DXP 7.0
  • Liferay DXP 7.1
  • Liferay DXP 7.2

解決

  • ピアによってリセットされた接続は、ネットワークトラフィック中にTCP接続が相手側などによって切断されたことを示しています
  • 通常、ロードバランサー、ファイアウォール、ルーター、スイッチなどのネットワークハードウェアがあります。これらのハードウェアには、接続のアイドルタイムアウトがあり、一定期間非アクティブな接続がリセットされます。また、アクションを突然中止した場合でもリセットされます
