Custom module fails to start with error "Stopping blacklisted bundle"

Issue

• I have deployed a custom module, but it is failing to start and does not work.
• The logs show this message:

  Stopping blacklisted bundle my-custom-portlet_1.0.0

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.4
• Liferay PaaS

Resolution

• Navigate to: Menu → Control Panel → System Settings → PLATFORM → Module Container → Component Blacklist
• Search for: Your custom module name.
• If found: The module is currently blocked. Please remove it from the list.
• If not found: Open a Support ticket to investigate the issue.
