KBポートレットで記事が表示されない

問題

  • ホームフォルダ（記事を持っていない） をルートフォルダとして設定し、そのサブフォルダに承認済みの記事がある場合、それぞれのサブフォルダがフォルダ選択で利用できるか、ポートレットは何も表示しないか。

環境

  • Liferay 7.0

解像度

  • 設定されたルートフォルダに1つでも記事があれば、フォルダ選択でそれぞれのフォルダが利用できます。
  • 設定されたルートフォルダに記事がない場合、KB表示ポートレットはサブフォルダを検索する。 サブフォルダーの1つに少なくとも1つの記事がある場合、それぞれのサブフォルダーはフォルダー選択で利用可能です
