説明 local.prepend.frendly.url.style を 2 に設定すると、URLに完全なローカルが付加される。

説明プロパティ locale.prepend.friendly.url.style の値 3 は、プロパティファイルで指定されたとおりに動作しません。 プロパティの説明にあるような、ゲストユーザー向けのURLにロケールを前置することはありません：
