Issue

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new blank site with a public page
  2. Enable local staging
  3. Create web content in the new site
  4. Staging: publish to live
  5. Go to the default Liferay site
  6. Configure the scope of the search bar: Let the User Choose (or Everything)
  7. Search for the new content in search bar using option Everything

Actual Result: Staging results are shown when scope is set to "Everything", regardless of the check box "Show Results from Staged Sites"
Expected results: Staged results shouldn't be shown from a Live site
