Issue
- The following error is being reported in the logs multiple times:
ERROR [http-nio2-8080-exec-132][JDBCExceptionReporter:234] Duplicate entry '0-3-925637128-com_liferay_product_navigation_user_personal_bar_w' for key 'IX_CB778855'
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Liferay DXP 7.4
Resolution
select * from Portlet p where portletId like '%navigation_user_personal_bar%';
- If there's indeed two entries, go to the portal and execute this following steps:
- Go to Control Panel
- Click on Server Administration
- Execute Clean Up Orphaned Page Revision Portlet Preferences
- Execute Clean Up Orphaned Theme Portlet Preferences
