Product Attachments
Catalog managers can upload a downloadable document for a product which often provides additional information that is not already in the product’s description or specifications. You can upload multiple attachments especially if there are more than one SKU (product variant).
To add a product attachment:

Go to the Global Applications menu → Commerce → Products.

Click on a product.

Click on the Media tab.

Click the () button next to Attachments.

Click Select File. This opens the Documents and Media window.

Select an existing file or upload a new file.

Enter the following:
- Title: Product Attachment 1
- Priority: 1.0

Select any applicable product variant (SKU).

Click Publish when finished.
Customers can download the product attachment when browsing products in a catalog.
Commerce 2.1 and Below

Navigate to the Control Panel → Commerce → Products.

Click on a product.

Click on the Media tab.

Click the () button next to Attachments.

Click Select File. This opens the Documents and Media window.

Select an existing file or upload a new file.

Enter the following:
- Title: Product Attachment 1
- Priority: 1.0

Select any applicable product variant (SKU).

Click Publish when finished.
Customers can download the product attachment when browsing for products on the Catalogs page. The attachment is located towards the bottom in the Product Details widget.
Commerce 2.0 and Below
To add a product attachment:

Navigate to the Control Panel → Commerce → Products.

Click on a product.
-
Click on the product’s Attachments tab.

Click on the add button ().

Click Select File. This opens the Documents and Media window.

Select an existing file or upload a new file.

Enter the following:
- Title: Product Attachment 1
- Priority: 1.0

Select any applicable product options.
-
Click Publish when finished.
