Issue
- Is the Liferay Support team able to add a new user to the SaaS environment (i.e., the Liferay DXP environment)?
Resolution
- A new user will either need to be created on the site of your project by your project's administrator, or through the new user account creation if this is available.
- Liferay Support does not have the ability to interact with subscribers' SaaS environment to create new users.
