Patching Tool 'WARNING: Some of the currently installed fixes are not available' while installing certain fix packs and hotfixes

Issue

• After installing a fix pack and a hotfix, Patching Tool shows the message - "WARNING: some of the currently installed fixes are not available: <a very long ticket list>":
  
  

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.0: fix packs de-90, de-91, de-92
• Liferay DXP 7.1: fix packs dxp-16,dxp-17
  
• Liferay DXP 7.2: fix packs dxp-4, dxp-5, dxp-6
• Liferay DXP 7.2: fix pack dxp-18, dxp-19, dxp-20

Resolution

• If you received a hotfix based on these aforementioned fix-packs from the 17th of June 2020,  you will see this issue. It only affects hotfixes based on these specific fix packs. 
• Don't worry: This is a documentation level error not a code level one. The fixes are still there, it is just the internal fix pack documentation list that was built missing some items. 
• This error will only be fixed on the following existing or future fix packs:
  • Liferay DXP 7.0: de-93
    
  • Liferay DXP 7.1: dxp-19
    
  • Liferay DXP 7.2: dxp-7
  • Liferay DXP 7.2: the next upcoming fix pack
