Issue
- RSS Publisher portlet on Widget Pages can be refreshed by guest users.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.0
- Liferay DXP 7.1

Resolution
- Add an RSS publisher portlet to Wiget Page
- Go to Configuration, set a title and URL, and save it.
- Logout with your admin and visualize the page as a guest.
- Move your mouse over the feed and the border and a refresh option will be available.
- The guest user can refresh the portlet without refreshing the whole page.
