Issue

  • The following message is displayed when you click the "Paste" button on the toolbar or right-click and select "Paste" on the Web content editor (CKEditor).
  • Windows:
    Press Ctrl V to paste. Your browser doesn't support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option.
  • macOS:
    Press ⌘ V to paste. Your browser doesn't support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option.

Environment

  • DXP 7.0, DXP 7.1, DXP 7.2

Resolution

  • The message is a function of the design of the CKEditor version on browser security.
  • Please use your browser's shortcut keys (Ctrl V, ⌘ V) when pasting.
