問題

  • Liferay は SAML サービス プロバイダーとして設定されています。
  • Liferay にサインインしようとしてもできず、ログに次のエラーが表示されます。 
    2022-01-20 11:50:38.554 ERROR [default task-391][BaseSamlStrutsAction:56] com.liferay.saml.runtime.exception.AudienceException: Unable verify audience

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0+

解決策

  • このエラーは、SAML 応答のタグ <saml2:Audience> の値がサービス プロバイダー ID と一致しないために発生します。
  • この問題を解決するには、このタグの値を正しく通知するように ID プロバイダーを構成します。
