Issue
- The restore process will not complete in our trial environment
- When restoring our sandbox environment from a backup, the process only gets to xx %

- Liferay SaaS (trial account)
Resolution
- For trial accounts, there is a fixed database storage size of 10GB.
(This value is 100GB for non-trial accounts.) - Please make sure that the database size is within the trial limit. Trial accounts are not meant for big databases or heavy loads.
Additional Information
- If the backup is within maximum limits and the problem persists, make sure that the backup can be restored locally.
- If the local restore is successful, next try to restart the Backup, Liferay and Database services. When they are at a ready state, proceed again with the restore process.
