Issue
- We would like to know how the Bounce Rate is calculated.
Resolution
- It is calculated every 30 days.
- If you find that the values are too small, it is possible that there just has not been enough time to calculate an accurate % change. E.g. if your Analytics Cloud was launched on May 6, then there have not been two 30-day periods to allow for the percentage change to be accurately calculated.
