I invited a few group emails but none of the group members has received a workspace invitation email.
- What should we do?
Environment
- Analytics Cloud
Resolution
- Check if other emails can be received that are sent to those email addresses.
- Check if an individual can be added to the Analytics Cloud workspace and receives the email address.
- Is it possible that the email arrives in the spam folder? Or some other type of temporary folder
If so, check the spam folder for the email.
Example: - Check with your email admin if ac@liferay.com is allowed to send emails to group mailboxes.
Try to whitelist the email address. - Check if your firewall if it has any rules that may prevent arriving this email to the group mailboxes.
- Using the information above, you should be able to check with your email admins if everything is set up as expected on your end. If you do not find the root cause, feel free to open a ticket to Liferay Support.
