Issue

  • At Content & Data > Web content, create a new web content and add a table in it
  • In the table properties there is no option to add a role
  • Expected result: role="presentation" can be added to tables, therefore guest users using accessibility tool have better experience and implicit native role semantics will not be mapped to the accessibility API.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0+

Resolution

  • Add the role in source view mode of the CKeditor manually OR if you consider this as a useful feature, please take a vote on LPS-181286.
