Issue
- When trying to download a file via ftp from Liferay service in cloud, we obtain "error 425 Can't open data connection for transfer of "/" in FileZilla Server.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.4 in Liferay PaaS.
Resolution
- You have to configure passive mode in the ftp client and server.
