Resolution
- The Publish To Live button/menu is controlled by permission. In order to hide/remove these options, the following permission needs to be removed from the role:
- Site Settings > Site: Manage Staging
- Site Settings > Site: Publish Staging
- Site Settings > Site: View Staging
